Returns & Refunds
Our products are made in small batches to maintain the highest quality. Because of their nature, all sales are final.
All Sales Are Final
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed items due to health and safety regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at hello@hisorganicsllc.com.
Include:
● Your order number
● Photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s)
● A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for orders canceled before shipment or for items deemed defective prior to use. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once USPS marks an item as delivered, HIS ORGANICS is not responsible for loss or theft.
