2. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at CustomerSupport@hisorganicsllc.com. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the refund request.o Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
Special Refund Policy for Tisanes
Due to the nature of food products and health regulations, we have a separate refund policy for our herbal tisanes:
1. Eligibility for Refund: Customers may request a refund for tisanes within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds will only be issued if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Opened or partially used products are not eligible for a refund due to health and safety regulations.
